These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bjee online gaming platform, including the website accessible at bjee.io and all associated services, tools, games, and features provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account with bjee, logging into the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their stated effective date.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bjee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to both you and that person or entity.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "bjee" refers to the operator of the Platform and all associated services described herein.

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you upon completing the bjee registration process.
• "Account Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your bjee Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds and wagering-restricted amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, deposit match bonuses, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" and "৳" refer to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which bjee transacts.
• "Verification Documents" means any identity, address, age, or payment-method documentation that bjee may request in connection with account verification or withdrawal processing.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under the age of 21, located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, or otherwise excluded from using the Platform under these Terms.
• "We", "us", "our" refers to bjee as the Platform operator.
• "You", "your" refers to the registered Account holder accessing or using the Platform.

3.1 Age Requirement. The bjee Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an Account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. bjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one Account with bjee. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bjee will close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

3.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. bjee makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific location. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3.6 Account Verification. bjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit Verification Documents before withdrawals are processed or when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds. Delays in providing Verification Documents may result in delays to withdrawal processing. bjee is not liable for any inconvenience caused by verification requirements.

4.1 Login Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bjee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bjee will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your activity and your responsibility.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bjee support immediately via live chat or by email at support @ bjee.io. bjee will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze Account activity while the investigation is conducted.

4.3 Account Currency. All funds in your bjee Account are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No other currency is accepted or held. Exchange rates do not apply to any transaction on the Platform.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. bjee reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Account Balances, provided the Account Balance is sufficient. bjee will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying dormancy fees. Any remaining balance following fee deductions will remain accessible upon reactivation of the Account.

4.5 Account Closure by You. You may request to close your bjee Account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining Account Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bjee may apply account-level limits at its discretion as part of its responsible gaming and anti-fraud measures. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile banking wallet used for your most recent deposit. Standard processing time for verified accounts is 1–3 hours. bjee reserves the right to request Verification Documents before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 No bjee Transaction Fees. bjee does not charge any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own standard transfer charges, for which bjee accepts no responsibility.

5.6 Suspicious Transactions. bjee operates a continuous transaction monitoring system. Where a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise suspicious, bjee reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse the transaction and to report the matter to relevant authorities. Affected players will be notified unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

5.7 Errors in Transactions. If you receive funds in your Account due to a technical error, system fault, or human error, you are obligated to notify bjee immediately. Funds received in error do not belong to you and must not be wagered. bjee reserves the right to recover incorrectly credited funds at any time.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. bjee offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new members, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.3 Eligible Games. Wagering requirements must be met by placing bets on qualifying games as specified in each promotion. Bets on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer games and specific table games) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement. 6.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a player may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active and its wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. bjee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to void any associated winnings — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, using arbitrage betting strategies to reduce wagering risk, placing low-risk bet combinations designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement, and any other conduct that bjee reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of promotional terms.

6.6 bjee's Right to Amend Promotions. bjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in the process of meeting their wagering requirements.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that game only.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted once bjee confirms the placement and the bet appears as "confirmed" in your account bet history. bjee reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the relevant event has commenced, bets placed at odds resulting from a technical error, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.

7.3 Odds Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that bjee subsequently determines were displayed in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed issue — bjee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your Account Balance. Where a bet has already been settled at erroneous odds, bjee reserves the right to recalculate the settlement at the correct odds and adjust your Account Balance accordingly.

7.4 Voided Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Account Balances unless the applicable game or market rules specify otherwise.

7.5 Maximum Payout Limits. bjee operates maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per player as determined by the Platform from time to time. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at that limit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games, or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected with criminal activity.
• Providing false Verification Documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, including sharing login credentials with family members or associates.
• Placing bets on behalf of other persons using your own Account (acting as an agent or broker).
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting that exploits pricing discrepancies between bjee and other platforms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bjee staff, support agents, or other players.

9.1 Commitment. bjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. bjee strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to be aware of the risks associated with real-money gaming.

9.2 Self-Management Tools. All bjee Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount you may lose.

9.3 Age Verification. bjee is strictly a 21+ platform. Age verification is mandatory before real-money gaming activity commences. bjee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. 10.1 Ownership. All content on the bjee Platform — including but not limited to the bjee brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, game artwork, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of bjee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence. bjee grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your own personal and recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

10.3 Third-Party Content. While bjee takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and reliability of game outcomes and transaction processing, bjee accepts no liability for losses caused by technical malfunctions, third-party software errors, or data transmission failures, provided that bjee acts promptly to investigate and correct any identified error.

11.3 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own gaming decisions, including the selection of games, the size of bets placed, and the timing of deposits and withdrawals. bjee accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity on the Platform.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bjee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the Account Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

bjee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bjee uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and deliver customer support. bjee does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

bjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bjee will post the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practicable, will notify registered Account holders via email or in-account notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the posted effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 4.5.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. bjee recommends checking this page each time you log in if you wish to remain fully informed of the current Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bjee operates as an online gaming platform serving Bangladeshi players and respects all applicable legal obligations in connection with its operations.

Any dispute arising between you and bjee in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to bjee's customer support team for resolution.
